our projects
-
Fabrication
All our jobs are completed to the highest quality and standards. These bins for MMG mining in Rosebery were fabricated and painted by our fully qualified trades people. -
Innovative Construction
No job is too complicated for our skilled tradespeople. This hexagonal extension was fabricated in our workshop, dismantled and then taken to site and lifted in to place. We worked closely with the client and engineers in order to produce a method of construction that was efficient and quick. Saving the client both time and money. -
Gooseneck Manufacture and Repairs
Goosenecks are an integral part of TOLL's container business. They connect to the mafi trailers allowing them to be pushed around by the tractors. We are highly skilled in the manufacture and maintenance of these pieces of equipment. -
Lashing Gear Testing
All the chains and wire ropes, hooks, shackles etc. that are used for lashings on ships have to meet stringent safety standards. We test and maintain all these items for TOLL shipping. -
Mafi Repairs
As part of our ongoing relationship with TOLL shipping, we repair and maintain their fleet of over 500 mafi trailers which are used to transport containers on and off the ships that carry cargo between Melbourne and Burnie. These repairs include structural cracks and bends, wheel bearing repairs and replacement as well as sandblasting and painting. -
Paint Shop
When our clients need us, we deliver. TOLL Seaquip needed a solution to their painting needs. Refrigerated sea containers and refrigeration pods need to look their best. Our fully qualified and highly skilled painters have been able to meet their demands. -
Ramp Fingers
When it comes to quality engineering and fabrication we meet our clients needs. These ramp fingers fabricated by us are required to make constant contact with the wharf when the ramp is lowered on a roll on/roll off cargo ship. These are high wear items that require tough, high quality paint finishes, as well as precision engineering and innovative processes in order to fit them to the ship while tied up alongside the wharf.
